Not my ideal store, i much prefer to see the goods first. Their click and collect service has worked flawlessly for me in the past. Returning goods is also a lot easier than most other shops. Parking near the store is available as is assistance with larger items. Most of the waiting time here is because there isn't enough staff front of shop.

Sold used TV as new - 3 Times n a row , Ordered a TV Online , The TV came from This Store was Clearly Used -bits Missing and things thrown together .
went Online told them the problem , next one was also a clearly opened & re-sealed the driver refused to take it back saying these are assigned by management and call them back, repeat the call, another replacement arraigned, this time the TV wasn't opened from the top of the box seemingly but ,it was cut opened from the bottom and lifted out , didn't realize until i opened the top of the box and found the TV was missing screws out of the top back s of the TV straight away and the dust covers were torn off in half ,to add insult to injury the previous owners delivery sticker was inside , i don't know how trading like this is allowed .
needless to say i asked for my money back, all the TV's arrived from this Store confirmed by argos help line.

Appalling experience. I wished to purchase a Kindle Paperwhite advertised at £89.99 on the website and the screen in the store. At the checkout I was told this was incorrect and the price was £20 more. Operator then went off to check with an invisible manager and after a long wait returned to tell me that the higher price was correct. She said there had been problems with their computer system. I then decided to go elsewhere and found that It could purchase the same item for 49p less at John Lewis with an extra years guarantee.

Came home with all I needed, however,
Self ordering screens, only one working.
Tills, only one assistant and considering only the one self service screen working a queue quickly built up.
Lucky it wasn't busy.
