Never Try Atomia wardrobe product in B&Q. awful delivery, nightmare customer service. They gave a broken mirror door and when I asked for exchanged the nearest date was one month later While I already waited for one month delivary. Also I waited whole day for other parts and nothing was delivered as they said a technical issue happen, and they wasted all my day.
This review was certainly going to be going the other way. But I felt that the service I have received today and countered all of it.nnI booked a week off from work specifically to do a fairly big job in my kitchen, ordered the bulkier items for the Monday, so I could work on it during my week off. To be then told, it wouldn't be arriving and Wednesday would be the earliest......today comes around, and I get a text to say, sorry this will now be delivered on Friday, I have been waiting for a call since Monday from the customer service team and still nothingso this really added salt to the wound.nnI called customer services, and they said there was nothing they could do....and just to wait until Friday, but a manger would call me back once out of a meeting.nnI then decided to call the store where the delivery was scheduled, and they weren't very happy themselves that this had happened a second time.nnMercedes was brilliant, she understood my frustrations and went above and beyond to get this problem resolved, with the items that I ordered last week now arriving this evening.nnI still await a call from the customer service manager, but this will be a separate issue. Hopefully I will receive the same level of customer service from them as I did from the store manager today.
