I have been using NBPS on and off for a number of years now and can't fault the service and product knowledge the lads have.  Can't wait for the cafe to open!!

Really friendly bunch and totally different from most merchants as you can walk around and pick stock from the shelves rather than just a counter.

Please note that this is a "Trade Only" merchant so if you are a retail customer they may note be able to serve you unless you have been sent in by your plumber/fitter to choose your bath/shower etc. This is down to local planning laws, not them being awkward as they would love to serve retail too.
