I was in your shop Highwood Ln, ... Patchway, Bristol BS34 5TL. Whilst shopping I was down the dog and cat food aisle. I was again very disappointed as i noticed the top shelfs were once again messing and poorly stacked. This is not the only time I have seen the shelfs is a very poorly organised fashion. I have made an in-store complaint about a month ago when myself and others shoppers were very lucky that a big bag if dog food actually fell from the top. This did Thankfully NOT fall on anyone, but could of caused a very bad accident. I think this is very poor that the management have not followed up with this at that time and clearly still not over seeing how in store shelfs are being stacked.
While visiting the store at Cribbs causeway on 08/10/2024 my wife and I had reason to use the toilet facilities.nnWe both came out after finding the mens and especially the womens in an utterly disgusting state.nnMy wife found 4 out of 5 cubicles where completely blocked with toilet paper and poo because none would flush, and the fifth one that did, the seat was split in two.nnThe men's smelt so bad of stail urine a fellow customer, and I used the disabled toilet.nnI am sorry to say but in our opinion the facilities couldn't have been cleaned for at least a couple of days if not longer.nnBearing in mind the toilets are next to the in store cafeteria, it really is not good enough from a hygiene poit of view.
Dirtiest, messiest supermarket I've ever been to. Picked up a can ow tropical crush cans and carried them. Didn't realise, but it was covered in a putrid liquid that smelled of cheesy rotten meat. Washed my arm in toilets and it still stinks. Took our full trolley of shopping to customer services and told them we're leaving, as the whole store was dirty. Also sections with wet floors and no signs to say as such. Never coming back. Shame on you Asda Patchway!
The ASDA branch really needs somebody to get hold of this store and properly sort it out.nnLots of empty shelves fruit and veg, stuff dumped in the wrong shelf with the price labels somewhere else. Long queues at tills.nnOh and tesco is now often cheaper for many branded items... let alone the German discounters.nnPatchway deserves better.
