Spacious store with a range of items, shelves can be messy and empty depending on the time of day. General cleanliness of store could be better, empty boxes and paper throughout store, food items left on floor with the team walking past ignoring them.
The Asda in Patchway offers a mixed bag of experiences for shoppers. On the positive side, the store boasts a spacious and easily accessible car park, making it convenient for customers to find parking. Additionally, the unexpected offering of mud for growing flowers adds a delightful touch for garden enthusiasts. The presence of a travel money department is also a practical feature, catering to those planning trips abroad.nnInside the store, the spacious layout provides ample room for browsing, and the presence of an in-store café adds to the overall shopping experience, although I haven't had the chance to try it yet. Furthermore, the inclusion of a cake box stand and a Panku Sushi Street food stand offers a diverse array of culinary options.nnHowever, one significant drawback is the poor condition of the store's floors. They are often scuffed, dirty, wet, and slippery, posing safety hazards for shoppers. It's imperative for the management to prioritize floor maintenance for the safety and cleanliness of the store environment. Overall, while the Asda in Patchway has its merits, improvements are needed to ensure a consistently positive shopping experience.
Zero stars for health and safety at asda. One of the freezers doesn’t close properly and at this point I suspect the meat is not healthy to consume.
The most disgusting super market I’ve walked into. It’s incredibly dirty and unorganised.nnI tried to use the toilet there today.nAll three cubicles were filled to the brim with faeces.nAnd both urinals full with urine, made me wretch and I walked out, I would have rather peed my pants.nI Bought some antibacterial wipes and left the building as I couldn’t even wash my hands due to the state of the men’s toilets.nnI Only went in to grab some lunch and completely lost my appetite after being in the store for all of 5 minutes. Won’t ever be returning.
Not very happy with the service.nOn self scanning accuracy check the asda worker put my shopping on the floor to do the full check of my trolly. Disgusting! When I requested big trolly to double check my shopping, I was was ignored numerous times. Eventually I was overcharged by few pounds.nI am not coming back to Asda any more. The workers are overreacting. The handheld device is always lagging.nI would give you negative star rank.
