Went there for an updo as I was going to a ball- my hair looked amazing and it stayed in place all night. It was a really welcoming salon. Highly recommended.

Found this salon on treatwell, I went to go and get shellac nails done for my 21st birthday and I was not impressed at all. 1) The lady did not shape my nails rounded, as requested - they were still rough around the edges. 2) my cuticles were not pushed back. 3) I asked for French manicure shellac however the lady thought it was acceptable to just paint the tips of my nails white with no pink base colour. 4) the tips weren’t even done neatly and my nails looked a mess after she finished, they did not look like they had been done from a salon at all. 5) during my session, the lady turned around to another colleague and said ‘she’s not even a nail technician’. I would never recommend anyone to get their nails done from here, i’d do a better job with a blind fold on!

Terrible customer service. Went online to make my booking which was successful received confirmation email made arrangements to get to my hair appt. HOURS later I received a missed call..... no voicemail was left. Rang the number back to discover it was the salon. Very rude lady answered and told me my appointment was cancelled. No explanation was given, she was abrupt ill mannered and no apology was made. Just be aware to confirm your booking. As no voicemail or message was left I could of ended up landing at the hairdressers to be told they couldn't fit me in! I appreciate things sometimes need changed or can't be accommodated my issue is with customer service and the ill mannered way the lady informed me. I did not feel I was welcome at all to come to their salon. Have never been to salon and won't be attempting to go again.

The friendliest staff and best haircut in Liverpool. I won't trust anybody but Chris with my hair!
