Went to dye my hair, it was horrible and green. Staff did not care to apologize and blamed it on the type of my hair. Was asked to visit another day to have it fixed. After 4 visits, my hair was still horrible and it was damaged, I experienced lots of hair fall due to the amount of times it was messed with. Waste of money. Would definitely not recommend for dying hair.

The ladies on the Fenty station were amazing despite how crazily busy they were(Black Friday). I went in for colour match and ended up having my whole face done, and for the first time I loved it, I got great tips to recreate the look. Extremely happy and will be definitely be going back, don't think I would go anywhere else

I visited the Tom ford stand today at Harvey Nichols liverpool and cannot say how happy I was with the service I received. Zach and Kay were amazing, Kay did my makeup beauitfully and Zach was so friendly and knowledgeable I just had to buy all the products they recommended! Thankyou Kay and Zach!
