Love going to get my hair done in Andrew collinge castle street. I am met by Dion who takes my coat and offers me a drink. Then Jordan ushers me over where she makes me feel at home and ready to do my hair she is amazing as she took over another amazing lady Amy whilst on mat leave. Feel relaxed straight away nothing is too much they cater for all your needs. Jordan in Amys absence has settled me in and does an amazing job on my hair. As I am awaiting my dye to set Dave the manager comes to see me to see if I need anything. All I can say what an amazing team of people I look forward to my visit all the time. Jordan is professional and amazing and I leave the salon satisfied. I just think this needs to be raised with Andrew what amazing staff he has. Jordan, Amy, Dave and Dion make my visit relaxing welcoming and an enjoyment. Anybody considering going there please do they make you look amazing and they are considerate to your every need. Please go amazing salon 😘

Wonderful place to go, if you need a lift, whether it's a new hair cut, colour, new you, or a bit of much needed pampering. The staff are wonderful.

I never had a regular hair salon before I started coming here. It's been a few years now and I'm still more than happy to come back. I'm not a "typical" salon visitor, I don't know a thing about hair, clothes and makeup and possibly look like I was just dragged through a bush, yet the staff here have never made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome like I have experienced at other places. 

Always polite, the atmosphere is big, fresh and airy, music is never too loud or booming. Tea and coffee is always offered, staff are quick to check up on you and apologise if the wait seems to be a little long.

Will keep returning.
