Went in today and got half a head of highlights from Steven.. best colour I have ever gotten! Very fine natural looking highlights, very impressed!

Had a fantastic experience at this hairdressers. As someone who rarely gets their hair done at a salon I was extremely nervous to get my long hair chopped however Lydia made me feel very comfortable and gave great advice. She did an amazing job on my hair and I couldn't be more thrilled. Will 100% be going back! Great facilities and excellent customer service. Also really easy to find if you're not from the Liverpool area.

I had a very disappointing experience here. Went for a cut and blow dry, was all over in half an hour. I asked for my hair to be straight, which is really easy to achieve. The result was frizzy. The stylist blamed me for having long layers, embarrassed, I payed and left. Returned and showed a manager the results, she blow dried it again. She was nice, but I thought there might have been a voucher offered, or any other small jesture. All very rushed, very rough hair wash, cup of tea offered never materialised. I understand they are all young and seem to just want to chat with each other.

Since my previous negative review the salon contacted me to apologise, and I received a £10 voucher in the post. I couldn't leave a review here without awarding a star rating unfortunately, so I had to stick to my previous award.

Great experience. Staff are really attentive to your needs and there is a great atmosphere in the salon. By far the best hair cut I've ever had
