The best hairdressers in Liverpool!!
I had my hair done here today by India. 
She really listened to what I wanted and gave some great options. She was also easy to talk too and my hair looks amazing!
All the staff are friendly and it’s a great atmosphere.
They let my sister come in a few times so I can breastfeed my 8 month old as well and made me feel really comfortable.

I have never been to a salon with such a lovely atmosphere before. I was put at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. I had booked myself in for the wrong colour treatment but the staff didn’t judge me or complain, they just accommodated me and couldn’t do enough! A lovely experience, gorgeous lovely and friendly staff who were down to earth. I had my colour done by India who was so lovely and extremely knowledgable! I’ll definitely be back and would definitely recommend a treatment, my hairs gone from feeling like straw to feeling like silk! Thanks guys! Xxx

I've recently gotten my hair cut at Rush in Liverpool. I've been a bit wary of getting my hair cut in the UK because male haircuts here are honestly abysmal. So I decided to go with what I was told was a high-end and quality place, hoping that they would do better. They gave me, without exaggeration, the worst haircut I've ever had in my life.

I should have known that the stylist was incompetent and left immediately when my stylist lifted up my hair, saw my undercut and said "wow, we're going to have a hard time cutting this". In 8 years of having that same undercut no one has had difficulty cutting it before. 

I went in with a simple, yet specific request for the hairstyle. The stylist gave me everything BUT that. Every time I tried to guide him back on track by giving him suggestions like to take a bit off there, leave a bit there, he would either ignore it or cut off such a large chunk that it would be unusable and he had to spend the next 5 minutes fixing it. He had no interest in giving me the cut that I wanted, and he made an absolute mess of it. I've never been so unhappy with a haircut. I'll be wearing a hat for the next few months as it grows out to a point that someone more competent might be able to salvage it.

I contacted customer support to file a formal complaint because of the horrible cut I received. I was told by customer support that they could not issue me a refund, it was against their policy. They could, however, set me up with a free session to rectify the errors. But the only person that the salon would set me up with is the SAME GUY who mangled my hair. As if I'm going to let him come anywhere near my hair again. 

Horrible haircut, horrible customer support. I'll never go there again.

Fantastic salon & staff but the star of the show was Natalia who I can’t thank enough for sorting my hair colour, after arriving with my hair in a real mess due to a mistake by another salon xxx Natalia spent hours to bring my dull lifeless hair back to glossy natural blonde xx Thank you for being so lovely with me , but most importantly being so amazing at what you do xx I would recommend you to anyone xx & I will be back

The staff at this hairdressers are amazing such a lovely team. Had a lovely afternoon and my hair cut is amazing so happy with it will definitely be going to this hairdressers all the time now. Price was very good and the service was amazing. The lad who cut my hair his name was Stephan was a lovely lad and did an amazing job at my hair will be going back next month to get my colour done can't wait. Thank you so much.
