Rang up to book an appointment at this Salon as I had a ball on the Saturday night and they told me the prices and that I was booked in. I arrived for my appointment on the Saturday (3 hours before my ball) and they told me they did not have my booking and did not have anytime to fit me in as she was closing up - despite the salon being open until 7pm according to the website!! The woman was very unhelpful and just kept repeating that they did not have my booking and there was nothing she could do. Very stressful as I was relying on this appointment for my ball! Will never return here!

The worst place u can go for a blow dry, but then it’s the only service I’ve used with them. The hair dresser washed my hair with no towel and then asked me to go to the chair while I was dripping and I hope that’s all. She then started drying my hair in a very unprofessional way to the extent that I honestly thought it’s a prank and a camera is going to appear in any second. No wonder the place was empty
