Prices are way more than any other shop. Things that I buy regularly and familiar with the prices are definitely overpriced in this shop

Incredible! The manager of the shop is frighteningly lacking in sense of the customer. I asked him about the availability of tools for extensions (because I'm a hairdresser), he did not even deign to raise his head to answer me! Glacial experiences !! They have to work terribly on their customer service!

Went in to get half a pack of dark blonde hair to create the front clip in pieces for my LA Weave. Explained that I was to dye them blue with Directions (which they sell as well) and have 20 inch bright blue hair visibly in my head. The man was extremely rude, I felt like I was inconveniencing him by being there. He kept getting out the wrong colour even though the perfect colour in a brand I know is in my price range as it was my favourite brand for years was right in front of me. I trusted him though as he was apparently the expert. Bad decision. He sold me half a pack of hair and some clips for £39, and I got home and dyed them, the apparently HUMAN HAIR and half of it hasn't dyed, in very neat strands like highlights. Those strands are clearly synthetic. I have dyed them 3 times, wasting money on them too. I rang the shop before and another man said that I should have bought a plain colour blonde not a mixed if I was going to dye them, and so I asked why I wasn't told this when it wasn't me who chose the hair but his employee. He said we don't give any advice on dying. But he knew this information and still miss-sold me the hair. I now have hair that is totally unusable, I'm going to have to buy more hair, more dye for it and keep my hair up for days until I get it. £39 is a lot of money. I am beyond angry. I was a customer of this shop and went in there willing to part with my hard earned money and instead they've needlessly wasted my time and money. They won't give me a refund but I will make sure they think twice before conning someone else (why? I was going to buy hair anyway, why do this? As*hole).

Absolutely discusting people who own this went in today to look at hair pony's only to feel pressured into buying one which WAS NOT my hair colour he insisted I take it even tho I said I'm not sure! He put it behind the counter for me to purchase and when I said I didn't wqnt to buy it he screamed at me all over the shop infront of customers what a way to treat a customer will not be going again !!! Also very racist to english people.

Don't bother ordering from them. They won't send your order and then 8 days after you placed it you'll be wondering where your order is and end up chasing them for information. Then you'll find out that they don't have your item in stock and didn't bother to tell you. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Was promised a refund yesterday and now I am having to file a claim with paypal. Do not waste your time and money. Dismal customer service.
