I have dealt with this branch with 6 car sales over the last year and they have been faultless. Brilliant staff, great focus on the customer and always do their best to help you where they can. The cars they sell are top notch and I have never had an issue with any model I have purchased from them. Jamie Maclennan or David Selkirk are the guys to deal with.

We bought a VW Tiguan from Newbridge and requested they fit a VW boot protector, collected Tiguan & afterwards i queried the boot-lid fit as was loose, their mechanic advised that's how it is fitted. Roll forward 15 months we noticed rust on the tail-gate, analysis shown that boot protector wasn't fitted correctly and was touching boot-lid and the vehicle movement caused abrasion and rust to VW Tiguan tailgate. Contacted Western and they are coming up with every possible reason not to remedy the paint work caused by shoddy installation, your choice what to do - i am not going back....
