It's a dirty small office and not even a sign to find the premises. The staff were not presentable or professional. The online quote given was nothing like the final price offered. Money was being deducted for the slightest reason. For example a small scratch means minus £500 from quote. Finally the five star rating on this website is from a member of staff Michael Hickman. Don't waste your time people.

Patronising, misogynistic staff with inflated website valuations to get you through the door. Standby for a cascade of ridiculous assertions, overblown statements and admin fees to dramatically lower said valuations. Avoid like the plague, use Autotrader or trade-in with a dealership.
