We had had very good experience with overall part exchange process. Stevin had been very patient and stayed over closing time to make sure paperworks are completed and helped us organize insurance cover.
In December 2021 I bought a used Hona Jazz from this dealer. I think price of used car here is better than other dealers. Everything went well. I am completely satisfied with the after sale service. Driver's side window switch board was broken and parcel shelf was missing. Mr. Hamilton solved these issues perfectly without any extra cost.
We had a very good experience with Car Deal Warehouse, Stevin has been really helpful from the day we first contacted him to the end. As we were coming from far, he arranged everything to make things smoother and easier for us, we really appreciated his dedication. We are also extremely happy with our new car, would totally recommend!
Recently settled in Glasgow and bought my first UK car at Scottish Motor Services today. Service was excellent; Hugh is very friendly and efficient. The sale was straightforward and everything is taken care of; just pick up the car, drive away and be happy! Highly recommended
Not great to be honest. They didn't have time to go over the car and do all the necessary service checks they usually would I was told, so I accepted that - for this, they reduced the listed price by £150 so I could take it to my own garage for a service - which cost £170. I asked if they would either reimburse me for the £20, or could they send me out a valet voucher. They chose to send me a voucher - but never actually sent it out. Still waiting for it 2 months later. I emailed and called about getting one sent out and got the classic "Ah yea, sorry about that mate, it's on my todo list. I'll get it sent out today for you..." While waiting to get the finance stuff sorted on the day, they entered my address details incorrectly into their finance system, which ended up costing me 4 hours of sitting about a car showroom on my day off while they tried to sort it out. All in all, not a great experience.
Bought a car from here in December. Car had some issues which can sometimes happen with a used car, many garages do not want to hear about it after the sale of the Vehicle. Steven's after sale service was fantastic and he sorted the issue quickly. Would buy from here again because of this.
I was impressed with the customer service given to me by Stevin and David. I recently bought a car from Car Deal Warehouse and I am really pleased with the car I have purchased and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Well done guys your assistance was greatly appreciated.
Just picked up my Honda Civic car today that I purchased from Western Honda. The salesman Craig Fleming was fantastic he couldn't have been more helpful. Made the paperwork very easy for me and even sorted my tax and temporary insurance out when I was there. He also explained how the cars basic functions worked before I drove it away. Very professional man a great addition to your staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig to family and friends. You know you're dealing with an honest, genuine person.
Were happy to replace my car break discs until they realised I had only just bought the car and it was still under warranty, then tried to offer a cheaper alternative. They also didn't bother to send off the log book details and didnt give me the current MOT! Not brilliant service when I am spending over £10000 on a car. I wouldn't recommend, and won't be back either. If you happen to have any problems with your new car they are utterly hideous to deal with. Go elsewhere.
That's nearly a year and already spent about £1700 on repairs to a car purchased from here
