My experience with them was good till I drive out 10 minutes after oil light pop-up on my dash bord ( they did service on the car , or no ) . I have to tup up over 2 liters of oil to have mid limit I was waiting over 3 weeks to be refunded for oil cost. Now I can't open passager doors from outside I called them again they told me they going to fix it( I have 3months guarantee with them) , when I came they send me to Volvo dealer . I'm very disappointed with the service, they ruined my pleasure of buying a new car . Very friendly when they selling but not really when there is something wrong with the car they sold.

I found them easy and straightforward to deal with. The car was very well prepared and in excellent condition. The extras such as 6 months warranty, two free services and MOTs clinched the deal. I will certainly use them again

Very unhappy , made an appointment with one of the sales persons to view the car , I arrive to be told the car is in Aberdeen , Go ahead and pay a deposit any way arrange insurance and leave work early to arrive st the dealership to be told they have lost the key and the car is still in Aberdeen , then furthermore no one can tell me when I can pick up the car . Very unhappy

Have bought 2 cars from them. Friendly and straightforward. One from Edinburgh and one from Aberdeen. Both good value and reliable. I live in London but worth travelling for!
