Purchased two cars today for wife and myself. What made the difference was focus on us, not them closing a sale. Great advice , no pressure, and 100% support. Most importantly, it was a very customer centric experience, unlike a lot of car dealerships. Would 100% recommend with Damian a very pleasant individual who, as I said, no pressure, clear explanation of everything  that we needed to know but left the decision to ourselves. Holly was absolutely brilliant. We picked up our new Mercedes’ today and she made it so stress free and easy and instantly sorted 1 small issue we had which was not this branch of hollys fault she was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and just gave us an exceptional customer experience. Unbelievable speed and efficiency from Arnold Clark and, in particular, staff member Krzysztof.  I sold my car to them within 2 hours of making the appointment - and I secured a good price.  Very professional and courteous throughout.  'Will definitely return to Arnold Clark in the future.

Have bought a good number of cars from Arnold Clarks over the past 25 years and it goes without saying that the service and pricing policy have been excellent. This time we were selling rather than buying and once again the service from Krzyzstof was first class. Very easy, friendly and fair, and professional. Was selling my car to Arnold Clark, was initially straight forward however there a discrepancy with my mileage from NMR. Wasn't ideal as my insurance was ending and had to pay for a days cover. However once everything was cleared I was able to complete everything and was all done very smoothly.

If Holly's manager is reading this, speak to head office and get her a raise!  While trying to sell my car, I kept getting really low offers for my car it would have actually cost me £350 to sell it! but then I came to Arnold Clark and thanks to Holly, who was extremely helpful, I left with £1250 in my pocket! I couldn't be any happier with the result or the service that was offered.

Absolutely brilliant service from Krzysztof at Seafield, when I sold my car. I was made to feel very welcome on arrival, and was seen in no time. Krzysztof explained the process and details thoroughly and I was really happy with the value offered for the vehicle. Overall fantastic service!
