I wanted to leave a review as we were so impressed with the whole experience provided by Bentley Edinburgh. I bought the car after seeing it advertised on their website and spoke to Kenneth who was extremely knowledgeable about their stock and once we had decided on the model was keen to agree a fair price, no playing games! A refreshing change!
He suggested we visit him up in Edinburgh to see the car as he wanted us to enjoy the experience and I must say we are glad we did as it is a day I will never forget! The car was everything Kenneth had promised and more! Not often that happens in life!
So a huge thank you to all at Edinburgh, you gave us a day to remember and a car we’ll never forget.

Detailed review 

Offered refreshments on arrival. Asked how they could assist, spent lots of time explaining, differences between models and finding out about my preferences. Discussed prices, options. Offered test drive if I wanted one. Went into considerable detail about finance packages. And what would suit me. No pressure to make any decisions  very relaxed sales pitch, more like a friendly chat . Incrediblely impressed with professionalism, hospitality and attention to detail. Well done guys.

Something just wasn't quite right about this place, I don't know if it was the placement of the cars, the colour of the walls, or the colour of my skin? 

Walked into this disgrace of a showroom and was approached by an older gentleman within a few moments. I was expecting a warming handshake, or even a welcoming statement. Instead, a dead stare and a rude comment. "Are you in the right place... Sir?" I wasn't quite sure whether he was talking to me or someone else so I asked him if he was questioning me. He replied with yet another rude and aggressive comment; "Yes, who else am I looking at." 

I was shocked to hear this from someone who is supposed to be selling cars. I asked for him to show me a Bentley continental and - as I am not too much of a car enthusiast - to explain the differences between the sport models. He told me to wait a few minutes as he was busy with another customer so I agreed and walked around. I could see that he kept turning his head towards me every few seconds - I assume to make sure I wasn't touching his precious vehicles with my disgusting foreign hands. 

I was in the showroom looking for the continental GT. However, I wasn't buying from this showroom as I was returning to London the day after. I was simply looking to inspect the car I would be purchasing soon after. A task I came to the showroom expecting to be a pleasant experience. 

I opened the door of one of the Bentley's and immediately heard the older gentleman shout "Excuse me, do not touch that" from across the room. I, along with fellow customers, was once again shocked at his absurdly rude behaviour. I explained the situation to him and he said "You don't look like someone who can afford this. Please leave if that is all." Until now, I am utterly disgusted at the service provided to me at Bentley Edinburgh. I would have thought that in this rare and unusual situation that the other salesman would have involved themselves and calmed the older man down. They did not. I decided to take matters into my own hands and walk a short distance to the nearby Mercedes showroom. I am pleased to let everyone know that this was an outstanding experience and a young man has convinced me of purchasing a brand new S-Class. I am quite happy with this and, in a weird way, thankful to the old man for indirectly directing me towards Mercedes. 

I think that because I was dressed in a casual tracksuit jumper and jeans I was treated this way. It maybe didn't help that I have black skin. I deeply apologise to the salesman who had the misfortune of dealing with a troublesome customer such as myself. I can assure you; I will not be returning any time soon.

One star is generous! Older slender salesman EXTREMELY rude- horrible experience! Visited the store with a few friends and were instantly judged on what we were wearing. Wanting to have a look at the interior of the new Continental GT, I opened the door to which the salesmen shouted from his desk "OI". In disbelief, my friends and I looked up wondering what had happened. He was staring at us in disgust saying "DO NOT SIT INSIDE AS WE SPEND THOUSANDS TO POLISH THE INTERIORS". I explained to him we were only opening the door to have a look inside, after which he asked: "are your hands clean". My friends and I were EXTREMELY offended and couldn't believe what was going on. He continued saying that all the cars were locked implying that he did NOT want us near any of the cars. This salesmen is a foul, judging, discourteous being and would not have treated any grey-haired suited man in this manner. Utterly HORRIBLE experience when just next door Porsche treat you so well and respectfully. I would advise dealing with Bentley Glasgow where the salesmen are much more courteous and polite! Avoid these ill-mannered salesmen at Bentley Edinburgh at all costs.
