This dealership mess you around. When making a deal, they told me the car was available within 6 weeks, it then moved to 8 weeks, then after i agreed and signed the paperwork it moved to 12 weeks. I then got a call saying an additional 2 MONTHS have been added to the estimated manufacture/delivery due to a delay with the seat manufacturer, they offered an alternative of leather seats but expected me to pay an extra £30 per month for it which i refused. I wouldn't have excepted the deal if i knew i would be waiting 4 - 5 months for it to be delivered. They didn't seem like they cared about helping me as they offered no useful alternative or solution despite wasting my time/money, they have put me off BMW's for good. Go to another branch or another brand because these people just lie to you until you sign the paperwork and then you're stuck - you wouldn't get this service at Audi or Mercedes guys!

Till the point of making sale they keep.in contact with you and send you various different methods of communication including a video message from the advisor who is dealing with the sale. However lack of communication after point of deposit taken and having to constantly chase up is really poor from the dealership and putting a bad name to the business. Having cancelled my order with this dealership, the refund process seems to be the worse I've come across with excuses after excuse and still after 2 weeks not had communication to show the refund has been processed, apparently they had to 're issue the refund which means they didn't do it in the first place. It's not all about making sales. Service also brings sales. Really disappointed and actually glad I didn't go ahead with the order. Imagine travelling 150 miles to pick up a car and something goes wrong. Dealing with the headache would have been a major problem. 
Lack of communication and ownership. 
My review is based with my experience with this dealership and to be blunt with a particular sales exec who still hasn't sent me the details to show the refund is processed.

All staff, that I have met at Peter Vardy so far, have been extremely friendly and helpful! It's the first time in my life that I'm actually enjoying to go to a car sales place!

Terrible service... again. Called to order a couple of parts for my car over two weeks ago and told to come in the next day to pick them up.

When I did only 1 item was available, others being delivered from Germany.

Paid and told I would get them sent to my home address working a week. 2 weeks later still nothing, no update from Peter Vardy, parts department not picking up the phone. So I have no idea what is happening for the parts I paid for.

So so so simple to just pick up the phone and give me an update. Instead getting communication blackout.

Waste of time company, service used to be so good 5+ years ago when I dealt with them. Now only interested in churning business and no customer service, as bad as eastern motors
