I am very happy with my new car, my first Mercedes S class which is an absolute joy even just to sit in and do nothing! My thanks go to Terry and Ash who helped me out any way they could . Terry picked me up from the station and the whole team at Autoprestige made me feel very welcome. The car is stunning and seems to have been well looked after. It was given a new MOT and valet before I picked up. Autoprestige is a very fair and welcoming company who look after their customer. Many thanks to you all once again.
Just taken delivery of my 72 plate defender and only have positive things to say about the service. Having only seen the car on the internet it was always a risk spend 100k, but from start to finish the communication was great and the car delivered immaculately by a very professional driver. Will definitely return in the future when I’m looking to add to my garage.
Genuinely lovely bunch of lads who were very hospitable and helpful which made the process seamless and enjoyable. I purchased a lovely seat fr+ supercopa off this garage in March. The car is lovely. Fantastic cosmetically, mechanically had no issues. Car is a peach. Can't fault it at all. However. Its their customer service that let's them down. When I collected the car, Ash was brilliant. Friendly, inviting and quite the professional. However, I was told at the time, we couldn't do change of keeper and tax as they still hadn't received the log book from the previous customer who was retaining a private plate and they would send me it as soon as they got it so I could do the change of keeper and tax...he even re assured me the car was still taxed. this never happened, it was at this point I realised the car hadn't been taxed since the week before I collected I shouldve checked myself, but working for a prestige car dealership myself I trusted them as I would any of my own team. Another couple of issues... When I purchased the car, I was told I couldn't collect when I initially wanted to as the car was in the garage getting a service and an m.o.t... However, upon further inspection shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle... the car is stating it needs a service, however, the book is stamped stating it has been done. After checking the filter etc, this car hadn't been serviced at all. The filter was knackered. Also, the m.o.t hadn't been done, and I was advised by my technicians, it would need 2 new front tyres and a new exhaust centre section as mine was that rusty the bracket had snapped. I have since sorted these problems out myself, but it's cost me a further 500quid to rectify. I have tried contacting them via email from their website bit not gotten anywhere. No response. As I say, car is great my wife loves it. Just not keen on the aftercare.
Great place and excellent service. Drove 140 miles to pick up a Honda CR-Z. Danni was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
I nearly left a negative review a month ago but decided not too as that just isnt me.. Since then I've found more issues with the car I bought. I bought the Golf in August, had issues staright away with it which they drove it back to bradford from Essex, they sorted the issues leaving me with no fuel had 3/4 tank , curbed alloy and a craft knife left in the car when they drove it back too Essex from bradford Ive just had the car serviced even though it was meant to be done by them twice, they said its been serviced and hasn't been, they also forgot too MOT it Its now got more issues, 2 poorly welded alloys 1 has never held air properly Top mounts needs replacing, track rod ends gone, and exhaust has a hole in it causing it too blow not sure how it passed a MOT? Real shame as they seemed like nice people, but i guess all salesmen seem nice till they have a sale? Not saying not to buy from them, just do your checks!
Purchased a bmw m2 competition from these on in the week and I’m more than happy with the car. Great guys very helpful straight forward no messing around Would definitely buy from here again an would highly recommend them. Best cars in the game! Thanks again
purchased BMW M3 competition in orange registration YF18RWZ and it’s turbos we’re leaking oil & multiple other issues! This company do not prep their cars correctly what so ever !This outfit are that crafty they even put the car back up for sale before refunding my deposit ! Stay away from this car it’s had such a hard life and this company is run by the worst kind of people possible to buy a car from ! Caused nothing but agro and nonsense for 2 months ! Everyone needs to know about this company! This company even cried to finance comapny about myself having the wheels painted and claimed £500 from the finance company & not giving a full refund due to slight changes, because I didn’t return the car with the correct colour wheels after 2 months of hell with this outfit final for a partial refund ! WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND Oh and still awaiting my delivery charge refunded !
Picked up an BMW 320D FAZ went above and beyond for us. Getting the alloys refurbished even though he didn’t need to, a detail from Romans too. Couldn’t be more happier with the customer service from him and his team. Told us to come to him anytime if we are unsure about anything which not many dealers do once selling a car will definitely be back for another vehicle soon. Once again Thankyou
