Waited for my appointment over 1 hour and once got to see the doctor all i politely mentioned was long wait, Dr Hannan was so rude that instead of just saying least some formal words he went on to say "there are louds of surgeries around you can choose!!". I could not believe what i was told however i was unwell and i did not escalate it further and matter of fact i had the experience in the past of showing concerns where nothing happened and they did not even contact me at all.

As a mother of two daughters I really feel my girls have been looked after well. Dr Askew monitors my little girl very regular and gives great advice regarding her eczema. I feel like the doctors genuinely care. Matt Johnson is great as well and deserves credit. It's very easy to get an appointment with Matt who offers great advice and sees you very quickly. Sometimes you do have to wait but so what the person's before you probably does need more time. I like all the doctors personally.

Waited 1 hour 5-6 times since I have moved my surgery to this one. MATT JOHNSON is the only hero as someone else mentioned . . Two ladies from the reception are very rude. Very poor service.

Waited more than an hour for the prebooked appointment. Very disappointed!

This is my local doctor's surgery. Have been a patient here since it opened over 20 years ago and slowly the waiting times have increased and available appointments slots dramatically decreased. Can't say wether the govt cuts are to blame or increase in numbers registered here or the management of the surgery. Great doctors here such as Dr Rana, excellent nurses such as Jeannette and brilliant reception staff such as Oliver.
