Worst Gp aurgery ever, i was told to call at 8:30 am to book an appointment. I was continuly calling from 8:30 am an phone was busy . I have made 107 call attemps and a lady shuwan pick the call at 8:45 am and told me thay didnot have any appointment. On inquiring when i can get an appointment i was told there is one appointment the next day and two the day after. And to vet tbose i have to call them again at 8:30am. This laday was so rude that i thought i should make a complain.
Doctors are good but the reception staff is worse then ever.

Helpful staff and available appointments on the day if urgent . Nice clean waiting area .good service

I came out of hospital and I was told to make an appointment, and I had a letter from the doctor telling me to make an appointment to discuss my stay in hospital I felt terribly unwell, my appointment was at four and I was out of the doctor's surgery at two minutes past four the doctor I saw beat me out of the surgery, she had no idea why I was visiting the surgery or that I had been in hospital, she just gave me my medication asked no questions and quickly ushered me out. I was a bit shocked. It's probably worse than wellfied and that practice has a terrible reputation, the standard of care is far inferior to that I would receive in the south of england it's actually terrible, they quite simply do not give a toss.

Absolutely rubbish.
I went there for a chest x-ray as I felt chest pain and before I've finished asking doctors refused to listen never mind to refer me to a specialist.
I had to go abroad to do a x-ray when I came back with the results 3 of the doctors told me that by 'law ' they can't give an opinion because it was done abroad!!! The 4th doctor was very helpful ' he broke the law' and looked at the results as well asked if I wanted to go for another x ray to hospital.As well called twice in 2 weeks to arrange an emergency appointment I was told to go in walk in centre ?! To wait 4-6 hours ?! Having my doctors and going to a walk in centre. Ridiculous

Despite that's your GP, you still struggle to get appointment booked when you even mention how urgent it is to them. I found that really poorly
