Always get booked in without long waits. One day I managed to get two appointments booked for the next day. Love that they do evening and weekends too. Staff are always really friendly.

Receptionists have consistent bad attitudes & doctors seems to not really care too much. There's one old blonde receptionist lady in particular that was rather rude & offensive - clearly had no intention to do her job or be welcoming. Seemed to want to argue with people than actually help and blame people for their failings. I've been told by several others outside the practice that this is actually quite a common thing here as other patients have had the same experience. Is it worth having your day ruined by a receptionist when you're clearly going to doctors over something that is troubling you in already? Probably not...

Don't feel I was being seen properly as I kept getting pushed to the next person I am pregnant and it's my first pregnancy I have the worst sickness and an water infection no one would treat me on my first opointment I waited weeks for so I had to book emergency opointment receptionists was so unhelpful I was 10 min late due to being sick I rang on the way to let them no I was their it was just not my fault and they refused me and wouldn't let me speak to doctor I was in tears and they just said no very ignorant so I spent the rest of the day in the walk in centre where they was helpful enough to give me the medication my gp should of provided. Diddnt find it professional and was a waste of time going their in the first place

Majority of times I have attended this Surgery, I have always seen Dr Faizy whom I find very helpful whenever I or any member of my family wished to consult a doctor. My wife also feel very comfortable with him. We feel he listens and never feel rushed despite being a busy practice.

Excell;ant GP surgery The reception staff are absolutely brilliant , very helpful and always polite. I dont mind which GP I see as they are all very good and you never feel rushed although I am aware they are under so much pressure. Thankyou to all.
