Doing this on behalf of my mum, being our family doctor for over 20 years, wasn't so good but since new doctor's have taken over its great. Couldn't ask for better care!! Dr amin is exceptional!!!!

They say you can call to book an appointment but they keep you in hold for up to 30 mins and sometimes they dont even pick up.

I am having terrible trouble drying to get through on the phone I have just joined the then I love on the other side of Newton heath so if I can't get through I'm going to have to walk all the way there I not drive it's stressful

Been my family doctor since iv been a kid onwards and it's gone right down hill! Massive issue with booking appointments minimum wait if you're under the age of 60 is about two-three weeks 

No consistent GP to see to you so your medical history needs to be recited like a Bible passage to every changing doctors. 

Lastly be sure to get second opinions I had to basically beg for a prescription to be made for serious back injury I took whiles working and ended up going to a walk-in and getting it in an hour sorted.

Very poorly organised. Had previous problems with this place but today took the it to a stupid level. Due to the incompetence of the Dr's at this surgery, I ended up having to visit both the surgery 3 times and the pharmacy twice in the same day. The Dr's had mis-dated my prescriptions, sent the wrong ones to the pharmacy and because of their mistakes I had to spend 2 1/2 hours travelling between my house, the surgery and the pharmacy on an injured foot, all for 4 tablets to last me a grand total of 2 days. Instead of getting my weekly tablets. meaning ill have to go through all this again in 2 days time. The journey used to only take me 30 mins, to go to my Dr's, actually see a Dr, go to the pharmacy, get a prescription and get home. All i needed today was to pick up a prescription that they had sent to the pharmacy electronically and return home, I didn't even see a Dr. Therefor for it to take 2 1/2 hours being driven to each place, due to my injury, i feel is extremely unacceptable. I am currently thinking about changing Dr's now as they seem to be causing more and more problems and delays as time goes on.
