The doctors are lovely but it’s impossible to get through to the reception and it’s always closed 12-14 which is unhelpful because often that’s the only time I can physically visit instead of calling. I called at 4:30pm, was on hold for 20 minutes waiting after which at 5min before 5pm it said the place was closed. I sent them an email asking to contact me as I an never get through and no one has replied.

Horrendous. Shame as doctor are thoughtful, caring and professional . Reception staff are rude and incompetent. I have been left yet again without vital pain medication. They say have sent prescriptions when have not and blame everyone including myself for their errors. Having to borrow medication now had to go and see a different doctor practice last time when was left without medication . I have pain stress and anxiety issues , made to feel is my fault and i am worthless .
