Don't know why all the bad reviews.... I was in and and out, including my prescription from the pharmacy, total of 20 minutes... staff were fine, helpful and well mannered. Will be using again if needed.

Not a good doctors at all! Avoid if possible. Phone calls seem to be ignored, doctor gave me pills and when I read the leaflet in the box it turned out I shouldn't be taking them. They lost my blood sample, and I've been on a 6 week waiting list for treatment for around 3 months now. Looking at other reviews this is standard practice here. Does the management at this place not have to answer to anyone? Someone who makes sure they are doing a good job? Letting people down massively here. One star because I had to give it one to post.

What a horrible place. Rude, unpleasant, ignorant staff. Completely ignorant receptionist who just slammed a sign in front of me saying ’Initial Assessment Only’ when I tried to speak to her and couldn’t even be bothered to explain anything. I’m ashamed of our NHS and the people who work here have made me feel even worse about it. If you’re going tonight (16.04.18), don’t bother. Shockingly bad.

Absolute joke! I have been trying to make an appointment forever. How can you be ignorant in a hospital when you are supposed to help people in need ? Ridiculous nobody answer the phones or what so ever and when you go to there they tell you you should call in the morning lol A circle of jokes with people's health! If anyone read this review in this hospital, employ people who care, answer the phones -responsible for other people's lives! This is not a coffee shop its a hospital for God's grace and you should not be ignorant when it comes to people's lives !

I have been trying to ring this service for days. No one will answer the phone. I have rang numerous times repeatedly but I can't get through to anyone! It must be terrible for anyone in need of the service. I received a text telling me I have an appointment but I don't have a clue what it is as this isn't even my GP service...
