I have been registered with this practice for 4 years now and have rarely needed their services, thankfully. However, I recently called to ask for an appointment because I have a bad cough and was transferred to a doctor who asked a couple of questions and decided it wasn't serious - not sure how this can happen since they've not checked my lungs. Called a second time as it keeps deteriorating and was offered an appointment in 3 weeks - by that time I'd either be healed or in hospital. Completely useless! Not sure what I am paying NI contribution for...

Terrible practice. Used it once to get antibiotics as I need them everyday after a spleenacetomy and they messed my order up 5 times and I had to basicly do a mini protest and told them I wouldn't be leaving until my medication was correct. They were happy for me to get an infection or worse be hospitalised. I don't have a spleen so I'm more prone to infections than most people. The staff are just so rude, I was calm and mostly laughing cause it's so easy to write a prescription but the ladies in here can't handle the slightest bit of pressure. It wasn't even busy. Thankfully I moved soon after and didn't need to use this practice again.

if i could give it no stars i would, ive asked for an emergency inhaler and the receptionists at this surgery takes their time to pass on the message, they provide low quality service and need to train their receptionists to have a better attitude and provide better service to their patients 😩😠

Unhelpful reception staff and slow repeat prescription services have people coming back multiple times even in poor physical health
