I have been with  the surgery for at least 8 years and I really am sad at all the negative reviews. Yes there might be one or two imcompetent staff but that happens even with the best places. i moved houses from hulme to wythenshawe and even though very inconvenient I didnt move my surgery and that is honestly just because of how thorough the doctors are/have been. Shout out especially to Dr Raj who has now left them . All my doctors are very helpful. Dr Fletcher,Dr Norcliff,Dr James,ok memory fails me as can't remember names . if anyone has a bad review about a  of a Dr or staff,make a complaint so they can change.

A very busy surgery with incompetent staff excluding Karen 
Rarely answer the phone 
Never helpful 
But always rude, most times confusing myself and themselves about prescriptions. 
They all need to go on a course about customer service and understanding/compassion towards patients. 
It’s a shame the reception staff let the whole surgery down, while the doctors are kind and supportive.

I have been at a patient at this practise for 18 months now. I have seen three different doctors/locums (although I was offered the opportunity to see the doctor of my choice, so I could have seen the same one if desired). They were all extremely pleasant, considerate, and more than willing to answer my questions.

The reception staff are also extremely friendly and seem to have built a good rapport with more regular patients.

Any time I have called for an appointment I have got one either that day or the next.

As for the location, the practise is positioned in the middle of a large residential area, which to me seems to be most appropriate for a service of this kind.
