Bought my new car from these guys & I was very impressed with how immaculate my car was. The sales team were excellent, they were very attentive, helpful & friendly. My mother's beloved Mercedes A Class was written off by a third party so at the age of 80 she had to buy another car. The car had a small problem which was immediately and efficiently dealt with under the 3 month warranty but in their dealings with my mother and her understandable nervousness after the accident, the guys at West Motors showed patience and kindness over and above the call of duty. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to return to them when I need to buy another car. I thank them sincerely for their help.

Having worked on some of WEST MOTORS cars we can attest that they take pride, passion and utmost care in dealing with their clientele and vendors in a very professional manner. The vehicles and advice they provide are a true statement to the ethos west motors carry. West Motors are a statement to how a car dealership should be run. Always a pleasure working with you guys.

Great customer service. Drove away on the day. Let me sort out tax and insurance. Test drive allowed and very relaxed and non pushy. Delighted with my purchase and anything I didn't like about the car they said they would sort it. Excellent dealership.

Having dealt with the owner for around 2 months whilst running a garage locally, I can honestly say they run their company very well and maintain their vehicles to an excellent standard.
