The cars are very good. I have been driving a volvo s60 for 4 years and very happy about the experience. Problems about this place: 1- It is very difficult to find any responsible contact (regarding services, after sale support, any information) 2- It is very difficult to book any service. The phones are not responding. the service team does not come back to your calls etc. 3- Do not buy any service plan. Because the plan is not sold by Volvo. It is sold by a third party and very difficult to cancel. I think the problem is more about the management of this place. Volvo is a very nice car to drive but the brand can not go anywhere with these showrooms and services in the UK.

We bought a new XC60 Inscription on 16/02/2018 and although it is a short time we are extremely happy with it. I would also like thank the Volvo Cars West London team for their support and especially Aaron who was very helpful and patient with us. He went to great lengths helping us choosing the right model. He even delivered the car (free of charge) to our home the day after we purchased it (we could not collect it ourselves due to some unforeseen circumstances on our part). I would definitely recommend Volvo Cars West London

Considering Volvo are now trying to compete with the big German manufacturers, this sales office is really in need of aesthetic improvement. It's just too dull reflecting a negative perception of the cars when they are actually really great to drive.

Don't usually enjoy car buying, but I have to say Daisy at VCWL did make the whole experience relatively painless, even pleasant, as well as giving us a good deal. Would recommend. Car is pretty good too!

Had the best experience here, Vlad was extremely helpful in assisting and efficient with all procedures. Absolutely recommend visiting this show room if you are looking to purchase Volvo cars.
