Booked my car in to have an airbag replaced as part of the recall currently ongoing. Specifically stated I wanted the work doing at Great West Road for logistical reasons, told this was fine. Receive an email the day before the booking stating car is booked at a completely different location. I called to confirm but gave up after 45 minutes on hold. Called the morning of the booking, to be told that my booking at Great West Road didn't exist. Nice work, guys.

Regret my purchase, better of paying extra premium and buying a Audi or bmw. Got lied to alot and no assistance after purchasing the car. Do not buy from here

I have taken collection of my new Toyota Yaris from James Taylor and I am so happy to have ordered from him. Absolutely fantastic. Would very much recommend him and the rest of the team from Great West Road.

Brilliant Centre. James Taylor was my point of contact. It was the best. He was very professional in his approach and helped me on all kinds of aspect while buying the car. Would highly recommend him and he is easily the best. I had been many test drives in various centres and James Taylor was one of the reason why I chose to buy with curry motors in Brentford.
