I recently purchased a BMW from them, really happy with the car, FLC were very helpful and I would highly recommend them.  They went out of there to fix a few niggles for me, and I really appreciate the fantastic service they gave me.

Brilliant people, really helpful and happy dealing with my credit provider for me, only thing I was disappointed about was after paying 9ish for my car it asked for a service within four months  first time buying from a dealer though so i just assumed it'll have a service and a m.o.t but I only got a m.o.t,

I will advice people to take caution when purchasing car from this dealers. I purchase a car from them in 2018 and am sorry but this is the reg KY57KZH nearly 4 years ago. Am sure the reg number will ring a bell to them. Not until yesterday I was selling the vehicle I was told that the mileage was tempered with in 2011 way before I even got the car. This affected the sales price for me. I do not understand why people will do that and still sleep peacefully. I advice people to check their with the display mileage before buying from them. Shameful people.

I cannot recommend a car dealer as much as I recommend these guys.  I live more or less 300 miles away from the dealer from the first call they were a pleasure to deal with.  A little while after I bought the car it developed some faults so as expected I was panicking but as soon as the lads found out about the issues they took the car back repaired everything and gave me a courtesy car for the duration.  I met and spoke to a few different lads throughout my experience and everyone of them were just brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.  Without hesitation I would buy my next car from FLC and recommend them to anyone considering buying a car from them. Keep it up.

I recently bought a fiat 500 from FLC. I live quite far away but could view the car virtually through a video and when I spoke to them on the phone they answered all my questions. There was no pressure put on me at all but I reserved the car. I booked a time to pick up the car in line with their covid regulations. When I arrived I was given the keys to the car and was told to take as long as wanted to look the car over and drive it... I was left alone to do this which was great as I was under no pressure to buy the car. The car was immaculate so I bought it. Paperwork was done swiftly and professionally. The guys at FLC were so friendly and honest... A breathe of fresh air in an industry full of pushy salespeople! I would highly recommend them and when my partner needs to look for another car I've recommended he deals with these guys!

Excellent service and friendly staff. The salesman knew the car well and was able to quickly provide all information I asked for.  On arrival I was given keys to inspect the car on my own, which was nice to look it over without being pressured or pushed. I never felt like I was being 'hard sold' and he was then ready to answer questions when I had them.  The car was exactly as advertised, and they took the additional step of giving it a service and MOT before I  picked it up. The price was appropriate for the age and condition, and I felt comfortable paying it to this dealership.  There was an issue with one tyre being slightly damaged, but we easily came to a friendly agreement and it was resolved very quickly.  Great example of a proper dealership. Exemplary service, nothing dodgy at all, well kept vehicles, tidy yard and showroom. Would recommend to anyone.
