Don't bother bringing your car in here, they will never fix it, they have incompetent staff with attitude problems, say they will call you back with updates, but that never seems to happen. My car has been with them 4 times for the same issue since December 2017 and no resolution to what the problem is, they just reset faults and give your car back. The 3 year warranty is just a con with these guys, no peace of mind as they just do quick fixes to get you on your way. It is all good when buying the car, the sales team are great, but that's when the good customer service ends with this company. All the staff seem like they cant be bothered to be there, from assistant managers to front desk service staff they all speak and look like they could not care less.

Recently had my service and MOT here. I was happy with cost and work done but collecting my car was a nightmare. Had to wait about 40 mins to collect my car. Staff couldn’t find my car or keys. My keys had apparently been put in the ‘for sale’ cabinet by accident. Told numerous times to wait ‘out front’ for my car to be driven around and was left waiting and waiting… When staff did eventually find my car I was blocked in by someone else. The car in front was moved but due to the parking at this place being so awful, I then had a hell of a job trying to manoeuvre my car out of the space to the front of the car park. The lady in front of me was annoyed as well at the length of time waiting for her car, she ended up being late to work because of it. Shame as up to the point of collecting my car the experience was good and stop being so greedy with having parking spaces being taken up with cars for sale. There is very little parking for customers.

My wife and I bought a used Vauxhall Astra from Mohammed Khan at Now Vauxhall Hayes and we're delighted with the car and the service we received. Mo was friendly, knowledgeable and professional; a very good ambassador for Vauxhall - and a nice person to deal with. I strongly recommend contacting him if you're considering changing your car.

Great experience and excellent customer service. Solomun was great help and provided excellent advice and offers to the purchase of my vehicle. Would highly recommend to everyone.
