Great selection of vehicles on show at the showroom, including those you'd never really see on the road. Customer service is generally satisfactory with reasonable wait times, especially given the customer footfall within the establishment. Serviced my vehicles with West London, as always but unfortunately have had to discontinue services here as I have relocated into Oxfordshire now!

The first time I walked into an Audi showroom in Surrey a few years ago, I ended up walking straight out due to the lack of acknowledgment and welcoming I felt as a customer and overall customer service, so walking into Audi West London I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable customer service from start to purchase of my new Audi and after sales. We were looking for a first car for my daughter, and we were lucky enough to be served by Daniel Nazam who made the whole process seamless and flawless; he guided us and ensured that he listened to our needs and requirements as well as what our budget was. He made us feel comfortable and was not at all 'pushy' as so many other car salespeople can be. The whole showroom experience was delivered with great finesse and my daughter was thrilled to see her car 'unwrapped' yes there was a big red bow as well! to reveal a stunning Audi A1 - just as we had wanted. THE BEST customer service I have ever received in any car dealership. It was so good that, a few months later I went back to part exchange my KIA for an Audi A1.
Had my major service done on my Audi S5 in there and I could not thank their team enough for going above and beyond. With recent freezing temperatures and rainy days car was covered inside and out in dirt, so first of all special thanks to Ralph for all them hours he spent on the car, which looked literally like new when I collected it. Another special thanks to Nick who recommended West London Audi in the first place and to all who worked on my car. I really appreciate all the work and service received, so well done to all !
I started my search for an electric SUV and dealt with a few different dealerships with varying levels of experience. However I had the pleasure of dealing with Harri at West London Audi, very professional, very efficient and knowledgeable. What can I say...My experience leasing my new Audi through my business has been impeccable, all thank yous given to Harri C. Due to the nature of my business, I can be extremely inconsistent and unreachable at times. I had the best experience ever with West London Audi and in particular Harri Chambers. After a not so good experience with another Audi dealer, Harri came up trumps with my order in a timely and efficient manner, he was very professional throughout and impeccable about getting back to me and keeping me up to speed on everything.
