I am really, really disappointed with this company. They are not genuine. They sold my grandfather a car, promising more than 3 times to issue the spare key accordingly, yet they never had a spare key to provide despite stating on the website they had it and verbally confirming they would provide it! They are also refusing to pay for a new spare key even though they sold the car under false pretenses. Absolutely mind blowing how a company can undermine an 80 year old who is a car fanatic. Oh, they were also extremely rude on the phone and defensive. Not nice people, don't trust them.

Bought a car from these folks - ended up having to scrap it due to gearbox problems. Also once you've paid for the car - there is no going back with them so stay well away.

Business Response From Parkside Motor Company 09 Sep 2016 Thank you for your comment but maybe your repairers should have checked their work carefully before bringing it back for a retest and then it wouldn't have failed on the retest. !!!!!!
