I meant to write a review months ago - actually over a year ago! I bought a BMW 320 Touring from FM Motors in January last year. The guys were really helpful and honest, and the car was great. It still is. I am very surprised to see poor reviews but it seems that most are complaining about something they should have checked themselves. When I went to view the car, I was given the keys and encouraged to spend time checking that everything worked and nothing was wrong with it, someone even came out with an umbrella while I was looking at the engine etc as it was raining at the time. I was then given a test drive. The people there - Faisal and Raj - were very polite and helpful. I recommend them and would certainly buy from them again.

I bought a car off FM motors. Few weeks ago. Instantly loved the car and enjoyed it while I could. But found it had a fault. So while I was within rights or returning. The dealer was happy to take the car back. Which I have to acknowledge and note. Not many dealers would do that. Raj is a really nice salesman and very polite. Faisal has a different approach but is still a decent guy. Great advice and help from them through my car search. They may say I was hard work, through the whole process. But I'm sure if they had found faults in anything they buy; clothing, electrical components, groceries etc. You'd still refuse, return or exchange. All the best to the guys.

I have had really bad experiences with car dealers. So was nervous about this... I bought a car and then wanted to change it (No faults in the car). They couldn't help me enough. They acknowledged and did everything thing for me. Both guys are awesome, they always treat me like a friend and can't do enough. I highly recommend them.

Definitely a great showroom to visit with plenty of gorgeous cars on sale. I was spoilt for choice.... wanted to buy them ALL! Left with a beautiful BMW X6! Awesome!!!
