So happy with every aspect of our experience at Mercedes West London! We came here after having a bad experience at another Mercedes dealership. Our sales person, Joshua was amazing. He walked us through every step of the process with professionalism, expertise, patience and good humour! Found us an amazing car, kept in touch by phone and email in between visits and did everything he could to expedite the purchase. 5 out of 5 for his customer service! Ian was great at talking us through all our options. They made a great team! I will definitely continue to use the West London branch. Bit of advice...up your game on the coffee and snacks, lol! An altogether fantastic experience!
Brought my car for service and MOT yesterday. Arif did a great job for me. Everything was well prepared and managed, the process was smooth. He answered questions with detailed information. He has noticed I have put notes on my booking which is impressive.nThe team is professional and effective.nBooked a loan car for the day, that was an 74 plate A200, the condition of the car is so good, smooth and fast. Love that car.nDefinitely would go back there again for service or for my next car.nI am so glad that I chose this branch.
It was my first time service for the car but I was disappointed. Was not not up to my expectations, I understand it was a weekend, but my car wasn’t washed properly after the servicing was done even after it was sent for car wash, the front windshield mirror the left side mirrors all greasy with mark not air dried, the alloys were not properly washed, I have attached a photo of one of the alloy wheel , which shows a greasy mark on it, I had to go to wash my car again. It wasn’t a free servicing I paid for it, so I was expecting the car to be proper servicedwashed. I am happy when things are done up to the customers expectations, Me. Jazeeb was amazing and he deserves the position he got, and the 2 girls at the reception were polite and understanding very professional.nI mentioned what I had to but someone in there needs to focus.
RAJ ! Is possibly the best car salesman in the UK , I’ve been to many Mercedes Benz up and down the country. I will say Raj takes great pride in his work he helped me find the perfect car that fits me very well. Raj is very informative and knowledgeable on cars , I felt satisfied and trusted his guidance. Thank you Raj I’ll be back when I’m ready for my next purchase. Very pleased
