I asked to buy an exhausted clamp as these are non standard. The woman refused to advised the clamp I needed although I knew where it went. Wanted to charge me for a diagnostics appointment. Kwick fit got the car on the ramp for me so I could take pictures and wrote down which parts of the exhaust I needed a clamp to connect. 100 times better service than Mercedes and free. There is a presumption customers are stupid and poo gold coins. I would avoid as far as possible

There should be an option for 0 stars to this review. Please do not go to this branch and read the bad reviews to understand why. I wish I did not ignore the reviews as I should not have bothered with this branch at all. I went to view a car and spent round two hours looking at it and dealing with the sales representative to then agree to buy the car. We shook hands to go ahead on the purchase and as I took out my card to make the deposit payment the system would not let the purchase go through. I was then cheekily told that it was sold 20 mins ago from a colleague on another desk over the phone. Their solution was to apologize and offer me a better car for a higher price! From my experience and all of the other reviews here, this branch needs completely new staff from management to the receptionists or just to shut down completely. Maybe the head office should pay more attention to these reviews!

Oh dear things haven't started well! I used this garage 3 years ago and swore I would never use it again. Unfortunately, I have a lease car which must be repaired by MB. Initially they failed to inform me that they had received the authorisation for the repair from my insurance company. They sat on it for 2 weeks and after a call to my insurers to find out what was happening, I called them. It took 15 mins to get through and then I was forwarded to a vehicle replacement company, who were not interested in me once I said that there was no third party involved! I then got through to a lady who told me that I could not expect a phone call back from the body shop until the end of the week!!! It is Tuesday morning! I just want to book my car in to be repaired, I didn't expect to have to book an appointment to book it in!! Lets hope that the service improves.

Wanted to book a test drive for an E Class. Nobody Answers tried all 4 options on automated phone system and got bored being fed advertisements all the time. Going to AUDI just along the road. Funny how the responses from the Owner are only to the people who give 5 Stars. Is this what 'burying your head in the sand' means? Sad that MB Germany appear to be oblivious to the poor performance of this branch..

MB Brentford - This dealership must surely be the winner in the most APPALLING category for Worst Customer Service.. They have no manners or customer service AT ALL. This review is not regarding a one-off bad experience - it is a feature always from the Brentford site. From trying in vain to order a new car, to being rudely ignored or sniggered at by the nasty receptionists, to trying to gain the attention of a sales person to no avail. Wasting time chasing up an order that transpires has not been placed. (twice!) No return calls /no apologies, just total indifference. The Service Dept (with the exception of Adam Bird who is polite) speak as though you are a nasty smell placed before them, do not return calls, do not provide progress reports. The list is endless. The customer is treated with utter contempt and disdain from beginning to end. I will not be ordering from them ever again. I am done.
