Always lovely ladies at the reception. Fantastic doctors, midwives and nurses. So friendly and caring. I can't praise them enough. They all have been so good and kind to myself and my family. Yes sometimes is hard to get an apoitment but some people don't get how busy it can be and they have no understanding at all. Thank you all for looking after us over the last 3 years, so sad we have to change due relocating. You've been great to us.

Former patient. Doctors are great, reception staff are cantankerous and the appointments' system awful. I was told by one doctor to attend the next week to discuss test results, but he would not make me an appointment and told me to come to the Open Access Clinic. I told him that not having continuity of doctors and that I had problems coming in at such an early time for me was difficult. He told me 'Well, what do you want us to do?' If he wanted me to attend an appointment and then wouldn't give one, that is just objectionable. I changed practices and I'm shocked when they are pleasant and able to see me, or even they call you for consultations. That should not be the case. I had been a patient here for 8 years.

The doctors and admin staff are friendly and caring as are the nurses. The open access clinic is brilliant. The most efficient practice I've been to in the last 20 years.

I give 3 stars and no less because the medical staff are excellent. However, the admin staff are terrible to say the least. I had to file 2 complaints in 2 years because they refuse to give you an appointment or keep cancelling them without offering another one and when you ask for a replacement they start shouting at you! I have been trying to get an appointment since October and now it's February, with no luck! Also, in one instance I phoned to book an appointment and was offered some dates, I needed to check with work so I said I'll call right back. When I did call 2 secs later, another woman answered the phone and in a very unfriendly manner told me there were no appointments! Only when I told her I had JUST spoken to her colleague and was offered an appointment, only then she tried to offer me something!! Awful! Apparently they have no practice manager at the moment so, nobody to complain to either. Thank god the doctors are so nice and fast acting but the admin team is letting them down.

Doctors and staff are wonderful. Shame about the 2+ waits for open access.
