The staff I've met here are lovely, all very approachable and easy to speak to. Haven't had any issues with getting appointment. Would highly recommend.

The staff at the reception are very rude. They don't pick calls during working hours. Have to call a lot of times for me to get connected for appointments.

Dr Chadwick said my mother was "wasting the NHS's money" after receiving a prescription for anti-depressants that she is unable to take due to her stomach problem. You guys are supposed to be the medical professionals! I've noticed that Dr Chadwick only seems to be nice to patients who pay privately and looks down his nose to thoes who don't. I think my mum will be looking for a new surgery after this.

Called up to register. No help and disinterested receptionist. Don't bother.

Doctor and nurse very friendly and easy to talk to. Very supportive. However the receptionist is incredibly rude to patients. Not a nice environment for patients who are unwell.
