This was my doctors since it was built as rose garden medical centre and it was brillliant but years down the line I left not cause of anything bad but my father was still on the books. The surgery seemed to change changed its name and everything and then my father got cancer and I was his carer anyway after a number of bungled up prescription pick ups or non- pick ups and after waiting on a pick up prescription for my terminally ill father for 40 mins I called them and spoke to the surgery manager who is beyond rude she sent out a letter saying I couldn't contact the surgery as (again the same old get out clause they all use) said I was aggressive I asked if the call was recorded but no reply as I was no in anyway aggressive I was only worried for my father she never took that into it and I was left as a carer of a terminally ill man unable to contact his doctors!!! Used to be a great practice but the surgery manager and one other receptionist are a real nightmare they ask questions as if they think they're a doctor anyway keep away as you can see the surgery is pretty un-empathic also I felt like the doctors tried to pass off my father onto another doctor as it seemed in my opinion he was too much work anyway there was one doctor who went away then came back she was really nice.

They have been excellent through the last year or so, the ring back service is really handy as you actually get to speak to a doctor by phone and sometimes this saves you having to go in. Really good idea.

Large practice with four doctors and a couple of nurses. Operates a on-the-day appointment system only for the doctor, which has benefits and drawbacks - you need to call in the morning to get an appointment that day. If the receptionist isn't convinced, they will schedule the doctor to call you to discuss. (It is possible to book an appointment with the nurse in advance.)
