Recently bought a car here with part exchange x2 and we were very pleased with the overall service. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and completely transparent with any problems. No hard sells, which is refreshing. Dot and Rocky were especially welcoming. We'll definitely return for our MOT and service next year.

I found the car I was looking for, ad the team there were very prompt in answering any questions I had, providing me with video and photos. They kept me updated throughout the process as I was buying, to be delivered and got any work done that was needed or required by myself. And all got delivered nicely with half a tank if fuel . I would recommend these and would certainly look there again when I'm looking for my next purchase.

Could not fault, I went to a few dealerships not knowing what I wanted but these guys made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Very easy process, kept in touch and we're very helpful. Love my new car!
Shocking! Bought a car from these guys and when picked it up, had an engine management light on. Was promised to sort it out, but because I lived a fair distance away, might take a couple of weeks. That was about 3 months ago!! Called them and was promised to be contacted as soon as the part arrived - nothing! Seems like these guys sell cars with problems and then you are forgotten. Going to sort the problem myself at my expense as their warranty is useless. Steer well clear - cars are OK but customer service/after sales is non-existent.
I was looking to buy a second hand Honda Jazz from them but I ultimately did not end up going through with the purchase. I was dealing with a gentleman named Kasim and he was very good throughout the whole process, ensuring the car was in the best condition it could be and keeping me posted throughout. They arranged for the delivery and test drive of the vehicle and have agreed to refund the deposit made. Although I wasn't able to buy the vehicle in the end, I was very impressed by the salesperson throughout. I would be happy to recommend this company.
I bought a Audi A4 TDI - Black Edition. It was lovely to drive. The staff was most helpful and polite, so I would definitely purchase a car again and highly recommend
We have just part-exchanged our car for a slightly larger family car and we needed to change cars quickly as we needed the extra space.
