If I could rate 0, I would. I had no choice but to use this garages repair shop after an accident and they returned my car to me covered in chips and scratches, left a tool bit in my engine bay and put a tyre on the car with a cut straight through to the cords. They refuse to admit their mistake and fix the problems they've caused. Absolutely disgusting service and a joke to call themselves a professional garage. Don't come here if you don't have to.
We have just bought a car from here! Absolutely amazing service! So friendly and accommodating! Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a car! Ben has been great with getting us all set up so we could drive our car away today!! Mass was great with keeping us entertained and makes a great tea whilst we waited! And making us feel at ease buying our new car! Honestly love this place and will certainly be coming back in the future! Tam + Nay
After experiencing problems with our previous vehicle, Ben understood our frustrations and was extremely patient. He went the extra mile to ensure we had an excellent deal in replacing the vehicle. Everything explained thoroughly and paperwork only took a matter of minutes. When we arrived to take charge of our new car, Ben was even going round it ensuring it was spotless. Will return to Stoneacre when replacement time comes around.
Thanks for sorting a very swift purchase of a seat e hybrid. All staff were incredibly helpful Dom and Josh in particular and couldn't do enough to help. They managed to sort finance within about an hour and delivery within one day which was massively appreciated and saved us a long journey and trying to jiggle work commitments! Thank you we are delighted with the car
Just been to Stoneacre again - Can't fault them. I have been coming to Stoneacre for over ten years - every car I've owned has been through them. Just agreed on a 20 Plate - Ford Focus - Vignale. Dealt with Alex and Dom and have to say they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Any questions I had they were able to answer and sorted everything out with ease. I was able to walk in and leave with my new car all on the same day! Love my new car! Thanks again, Alex and Dom.
2nd new car purchased from Paul Prior at Stoneacre, Forty Acre Rd, Peterborough in less than 2yrs!! That's how good a deal they offered. Very friendly without being pushy, staff in showroom always friendly and polite and whole process of buying to exchange, paperwork etc is all made very, very simple. Highly recommended. Didn't feel like Paul was trying to do anything other than get me the best possible deal, which is after all what we all want. Thank you Paul and thanks to Stoneacre, again.
Ed was absolutely brilliant, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Polite, understanding of my needs and wants, he was absolutely wonderful. I wouldn’t have brought my car without his initial contact. Adam was absolutely delightful also! Would recommend buying a car here
Ben Rodgers at Newark Rd Stoneacre thank you for the help you was amazing didn't push me to buying the wrong car. I needed a car with a big enough boot as my mum is disabled and have to get a wheelchair in . As I was backwards and forwards at car and didn't know which one he was very patient. Once chosen he made sure I was looked with after sales much appreciated will see Ben again as my daughter won't be long before is she driving and needing a car
Very friend team who get to know you by name. Ben was a friendly, easy to get on with sales guy. Happy to answer my questions and help after I had purchased. Had a hiccup with part of the sale on my side but they were calm and fine with it as we worked it out. Only thing to make it 5* would be a finished showroom and slightly slicker move between sales and the manager for different parts like finance.
Excellent customer service, felt reassured every step of the way. Was shown around by Ed Wilson, he was very knowledgable and gave comforting responses to all the questions I had for him. Made great suggestions and asked me plenty to keep me thinking and making sure my mind was in the right place regarding any choices I was thinking of making. Couldn't have been happier with the process, and will be coming back soon with my partner, so we can make a decision. Highly recommended!
