Paul the northern sales guy today helped me out so much. Gave me a great deal on a car that I've always wanted and gave me a great price on my old car as part exchange. Left very happy and I will come back to your dealership for service, mot and to update this car in the future purely based on this dealerships integrity and honesty. I would also like to thank the lady who was working on the service department for giving my daughter some colouring items to keep her occupied when I was doing the paperwork. An exemplary customer service and buying experience from the team at Stoneacre Boongate. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are well taken care of. They kept me fully updated on the status of my car delivery and when I came to pick it up had the car waiting in and prepared in pristine condition. Its hard to find genuine customer service nowadays and a special mention goes to Paul Prior who services has been impeccable throughout the buying process ! Great service from the team at Stoneacre Fiat. Robin was exceptionally helpful despite being new to the team.  Went to buy a Fiat 500 hybrid and by the end of the cycle they'd sold me a nealry new Merc CLA my choice as they have such good stock there. Oh, the part exchange price was spot-on and the guys were keen to put a good deal together.  Looking forward to the upcoming refurbishment.

After are previous experience with a dodgy dealer, Josh was really helpful in choosing a car that was best suitable for my partner and myself with low mileage and under our budget! We bought the car on Friday and collected on Sunday where we were greeted with our shiny new car which has been cleaned to perfection. Alex helped us to change over the log book, insured us for 5 days free of charge. They were both very friendly and will definitely be coming back to get my car when I pass my test in 2 weeks.

Had to travel from London to collect the car , Paul was great and made sure everything was ready. A nice warm greeting and great customer service from Paul and his colleagues. Highly recommended by me.

My car broke down unexpectedly and I was in need of a quick yet great replacement. I called Stoneacre after having found a good option online and they processed everything within 24 hours and next week I had my new car. Excellent service and lovely staff. I would highly recommend!
