After arranging to view a car at Jensen’s at 12 midday , and confirming that it was still for sale that particular morning , I travelled with my daughter 65 miles to see it . We arrived at the garage at 12:10 only to be told they had sold it ! I was so shocked , there was nothing we could do . The salesman said he thought the other family were the arranged viewers but they told him that they hadn’t telephoned to arrange to see the car ... clearly not a man of his word as he sold it . I advise any body who wants to view a car from here and travels some distance to ensure you have their word that they won’t sell it prior to your arranged visit

I walked into this place back in January 2018 and immediately got a good feeling. The place though may not be huge but is a respectable place who run a proper business and they actually care about their customers. I walked into some other places the day before and was pleased I waited to visit this place. The feeling of the place is genuine and I bought a nice green skoda octavia which runs great and i noticed the rear windscreen heater wasn't working. There were no issues with taking it back and it turns out all it was was that it was switched off. Anyway great place and great experience 5 stars, great work

I brought an audi A4, nice an clean car. Good value for money, also got a very good deal on new cambelt replacement with outstanding customer service. Car came with a years MOT, service and 3 months warranty for my peace of mind. I Will definitely recommended them to all my family and freinds..
