Great experience here, we were greeted and then left alone to browse the cars at our leisure. Test drive arranged and again, didn't feel any pressure or hard sell, just left to enjoy the experience. Everything dealt with efficiently and expertly. Henry is really good at his job. Showroom is great and the selection of cars is really extensive. Really happy with the whole experience. I bought a car!
Third time buying a car via MP Peterborough, always been happy with the Service Henry is fabulous, very patient, knowledgeable and a pleasant sales person. Will also go back to him if we wanted another car and recommend to friends. Excellent P/T exchange, no silly prices, they give you a fair price. We bought a new car from Motorpoint which developed a small problem during the warranty just before we were due to go on holiday. After notifying Motorpoint they initially didn't have a courtesy car but they went above and beyond to find us a car so our holiday wasn't ruined and let us take the courtesy car on holiday to Devon. Motorpoint saved or holiday and we are extremely grateful!
Fantastic place. Very welcoming and friendly staff, no pushy salespeople. No pressure and a really nice relaxed environment. A great selection of quality vehicles with expert knowledge and information from the sales team.
Today I am very upset from Motorpoint in Peterborough. I drove 6 hours around trip with my friends. I test drive my vehicle and about to finish the purchase but unfortunately the vehicle was not fix as they promised. and told me we may order the parts for vehicle and need to come again to collect my vehicle. So I have cancelled the deal with them and hope I receive my booking refund. They have waisted out time and emotion my kids were very excited to get ride in new vehicle. But they couldn’t. I feel sorry for my family and my children.
Vast amount of vehicles on display. Very good value for money.Friendly and polite staff who are willing to advise and help without being intrusive. Will definitely consider buying our next vehicle at this place.
I was extremely sceptical about the whole process of selling my car to these guys. I was expecting them to quote me a good price which was market leading to get me in the door and then to knock me down as far as possible, with a whole load of hassle and unpleasantness in the process. In fact, the whole experience was incredibly straightforward and very good. They ended up giving me the price that was quoted. There was none of this trying to find the tiniest conceivable stone chip on the front bumper and quoting £2k less. I went in, showed them the paper work, they took the car for a 5 minute drive and did their own checks, agreed with my assessment and transferred the money. They were extremely fair, reasonable, applied no pressure at all, and completed the transaction quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
