After going to several other car dealers looking for a new car i found the one at the car store Peterborough. no pushy sales people and everything was explained in detail but easy to understand which made the buying experience excellent. and the bonus of the videos explaining different things they offer. Jamaal who i dealt with was excellent from start to finish even dealing with some finance paperwork issues. I found a very minor fault with the car after just a couple of weeks which was rectified quickly and efficiently . i will be recommending the car store Peterborough to anyone looking for a new car. when i do decide to change my car in the future the car store will be my go to dealer.

This was the first time I was buying a car online and I was very apprehensive as I was doing so without even test driving. However I didn't need to be as Car Store we're fantastic and in particular Jacob was amazing. All throughout they communicated with me providing me with photos and videos of the car and put right anything I wasn't happy with. The car came in perfect condition and is a joy to drive. I have no hesitation recommending Jacob and Car Store Peterborough as the service and experience and price is 1st class.
Spoke to a chap call James, very nice and genuine fella. Ordered my car online and he walked me through the add ons through a teams call, and appreciated that I had a specific budget in mind. So far everything has been very smooth from the start... about to put my payment through now to have a great car delivered to my door in London. Many thanks A+++
