I highly recommend boongate Kia,.in particular Lee Jacobs. After having to sell my beloved Sportage, I replaced it with a venga but it wasnt the same. We decided to in particular take a look at the soul. After searching autotrader nationwide, I came across a automatic soul at boongate. It had the spec we desired,and I made.a call to see.if it was a viable option. Lee was helpful and communication was amazing. He quickly sent.a.video.and details.of.tue car. Then we discussed details.of.my.part.ex sending photos to them. After consideration, although we could deal distance wise with delivery, we prefer going to see the vehicle.in.person. on a whim we drove last Thursday to Peterborough from Wolverhampton unannounced. Lee was brilliant. Showed us the car shifted several to dig it out. A quick test drive the deal was.done. even better than that 2 hours later we drove our new to us car away.!! Couldn't ask for.more.  Lee was the best salesman we have ever dealt.with. he was honest from start to.finish, answered all the questions we had, and nothing was too much trouble. It was also nice that we met a dealer who was happy to do a straight deal and not try.to.push us to finance options.  The car itself we couldn't be happier, and when time.comes.if.they have a suitable vehicle I'd make the journey again to purchase no hesitation.

Bought  sportage from kia Boongate. I took it home and my wife didn't like the spec. Lewis Moxham was great. Agreed to take it back and choose another. Didn't cost me anything. Great service from them. Well done and recommended.

Had my Kia booked in for the first service this morning . I live in st neots but work in Peterborough.  30 mins before dropping the car off we had a bout of sickness at work which meant I was unable to drop the car off or collect .. MAHOOSIVE thanks to Georgie and amazing colleagues who not only said they would collect my car but also drop it off after the service was done .. excellent customer service .. thanks very much saved my day !! Only collecting a trade car but well organised, prompt and soon sorted. Busy showroom but still offered me a coffee. Deserve praise!

Read some of the reviews and can't believe its the same place . Tried to book my niro in for warranty work and they just did not want to know! Just put up barrier after barrier won't be buying from them and would warn anyone else not to.

Returning customer, however this time searching for a new car for my father. Impeccable service as always, staff member Lee was professional, polite and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much, after looking at several cars. Highly recommended, and will continue to recommend!! Thank you once again Lee

Went here today with my family as one of my sons has just started looking for a new car and we wanted to look at some second hand Kias. We were shocked at the state of many of the cars in the car park facing the road and at the side of the showroom. To say that externally they were FILTHY is putting it mildly. Several were spattered with bird mess which looked like it had been there for a while. We went inside and the showroom itself had an odour of "bad drains". It was clean enough inside, but it wasn't a pleasant place to be due to the smell. The one positive about the experience was a friendly, helpful salesman. We asked to see a Kia Rio and one in the front car park was pointed out to us via the window. We went out to have a look only to find that this car too was festooned with layers of bird droppings. It was so disgusting we just turned around and left. I have tried to add a couple of photos to illustrate how bad the state of the cars were but don't know if they will show up. If my son does want to pursue getting a Kia he says he's going to look for a cleaner dealership.

Lovely showroom  lovely cars and most important lovely people, I highly recommend you pay a visit.  Luke was so helpful, even offering help if I needed with the vehicle functions.  Delighted with every aspect of the service I received. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable.

Bought a new car through Steve at Boongate Kia and he was very helpful, very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Pleasure to deal with. Also, great car and features for very reasonable price.
