The whole process was very easy. when i arrived at the dealership i was able to take as much time as i needed to feel confident in what i was buying. They was very informative and friendly and gave me confidence in my purchase. explained the extra services available to me, well enough to where I could make a logical decision in what I actually needed and what I didn't. I would recommend people to use SW Carsupermarket due to the great experience I had.

Absolutely brilliant choice of car, and well look after vehicle. Couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend this very professional garage, with a good choice of super car too. Staff was great and extremely helpful. Thanks !!

Picked up my new fiesta an hour ago. The entire process was simple, smooth and at no point was I pressured into anything. Ryan, my point of contact, was friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that anyone looking for a new car in Peterborough give him a call.

Very pushy sales wouldnt even let me testdrive a car unless i commited to buy it the manager is ultra agressive with his pushy and hostile approach almost bullying you into buying

Sold a car that hadn't had 114 point check. Car had a gash in the rear tyre, window wipers needed changing as well so challenged them about proof of the 114 point check, no proof could be found. Asked them to do an MOT as they should do one if there is under 6 months left on a MOT. MOT failed due to gash in the rear tyre. Tyre was changed after 5 hours of sitting in the garage and asked to go back the next Friday to do the advisories. Advisories completed speedily on the Friday and £25 put in the car which was great and the lady on the service desk was really helpful. On leaving I asked about the service history as was told "all of our cars come with full service history", told we will look for it and send it to you. Bought the car 23/02/2018 still waiting for the service history and SW are not responding to emails. Shame as they make out they care and are much better than Stoneacre but they have proven that they are just as bad. Wont use again and will not recommend.
