Staff was nice enough, but the price they offered was ridiculous.
Was offered a good price on the website so took it in. Could see on the screen that the price they were gonna offer was far lower than the quote i got (and that was before they even looked at the car). 
The car was in good condition. Then after they inspected it they dropped hundreds off the value as well (although i had told them online that it had a wind dent on the car.) Then they took another 300 off because no owners manual and no spare key (never got one with the car.) So the price they were offering originally went from £2000 to £800. 
Would not recommend!!

Took my car here after getting an "ok" quote online to only be deducted so much that it was just an insult!! Unless you just want to give your car away wouldn't recommend!!!

More interested in every little scratch on the bodywork of my 8 year old car rather than any of the mechanics! They significantly dropped the price they offered having 'inspected' the car, charging £50 for each little chip or scratch.  Ended up taking my car to Evans Halshaw and got a much better /fairer price.

If you're keen to sell your car quickly for the lowest possible price then this is the place for you.  I've tried them before with similar experiences and found that they will knock an astronomical deduction off anything they can think of and make you feel like your car is pretty much fit for the scrap yard.  My 3 year old immaculate, well loved car, got several thousands taken off the 'draw you in' online guide price for stone paint chips and one tiny parking door ding that a dent master would smart repair for buttons.  They will then go through a charade of 'trying their best' to get the price up for you by phoning the random obligatory boss man; a bit like double glazing sales reps do to get you 'the best deal'.  They might give you a token few quid extra to make you feel like they've done you a favour, probably throwing in some anecdote about how they can't believe the boss is being so generous.  Total waste of time.  I refused to sell, went to a rival and got a much better price and without the long drawn out charade of knocking down the price to an insult.  The WBAC location in Stirling has ample parking and is conveniently located just off the motorway.  Handy for Dobbies too so that you don't feel like your trip here is a total waste of time.
