Not as bad of an experience as I was expecting, having read the online reviews beforehand. They offered a decent price for an old car that was going to be scrapped. I bought all the documentation with me and, after a quick walk around the car, was made an offer and signed. The previous appointment overran by about 20 minutes, so was waiting for longer than I would have liked - but overall pretty good.

Arranged meeting time over phone, arrived just before, was greeted by a man sucking his teeth? Was told to sit down twice! Talked about the vehicle in question with his back to me, another gentleman came from outside and took over and told me I was early, details was entered into computer, there was a problem due to private number plate which was in the process of changing over with DVLA, this was explained over the phone, the gentleman then proceeded to tell me I screwed up my appointment along with his day and he’s missed his chance at buying a car, I replied  with I’ve not screwed anything up and I was then told not to take it personally?

We buy any car, great idea ! Poor customer service with bad attitude staff.

Wigman road office are pure rip offs,went with my sister to sell her car she wanted £12.500,only had it a few weeks,the man knocked it down to £11,000 cos of a couple tiny tiny scratchers,so my sister took it back to wher she brought it n had the work done,we've just took the car back to we buy any car looking even newer,,now the man wants to offer £10.000,dont go there people,especially to wigman road n be extra careful if ur a woman selling,

I dealt with a chap called Collin.. he was quite straight forward, honest and friendly. I brought all the right documents with me as asked by collin via a phone call the morning of my appointment. We went around my car together and was fair in the damage he picked out (scuffed alloy, about 7 stone chips on bonnet and light scuff on a bumper) due to these some money was taken off the online valuation which were at a fair price, if i was buying the car, i'd also point these things out to get money off the car so i have no complaints. Colling gave me the choice of going away and getting the damage rectified however having experience of cars/repairs, the time and cost would be very close to that taken off the valuation so i didnt bother. Overall a quick no hassle/no pressure transaction/process.
