Really taken back by the helpful and knowledgeable person who we spoke to, the staff member I spoke to was clearly a very knowledgeable on BMW cars. He gave us the keys for us to look around and never once were we asked any sales questions felt very relaxed Showroom although hidden away not on high street was clean and well presented. I asked the man if I could start it up and various questions about the spec to which he answered with ease. I left feeling not pressured which at some garages is the total opposite We didn’t buy a car however I will be back again if anything catches my eye while I’m still in the market. Visited YNC to look at an X7 for my growing family, and after a very detailed walk through and test drive, the experience in purchasing the car was second to none, and being a buyer of multiple cars, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. In fact, it was so good, we ended up buying 2 cars from Naz and the team the same day. I genuinely am a proud customer of YNC and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. The effort, work, and vision for turning a car into a beautiful masterpiece is phenomenal, and if you are thinking of visiting the team at one of their showrooms, you will not be disappointed!
I wasn't looking to buy a new car but as id previously bought a car from YNC i would check their website quite regular as i knew they always had a great selection of BMWs. The whole team there are fantastic and both experiences with NYC have been a pleasure. Nas is super helpful and as a returning customer looked after me with the deal on trade in and got me in my new car within 24 hours of the initial phonecall. If you're in the market for a BMW i'd highly recommend these guys, always a great stock of very clean high spec cars. no pushy sales techniques, and they'll give you plenty of time to look at vehicles in your own time. Definitely worth the visit or the phone call.
Class motors. Class service. Absolutely brilliant service and even though I had to wait a couple of days to exchange my car for the 4 series BMW, it was well worth the wait. Having travelled down to Nottingham from Wigan,Waseem was only to happy to save me another 200 mile round trip and delivered the vehicle for me. Can't fault these guys and they have some lovely looking cars. If you want a nice BMW then give YNC a whirl. Andy, Ashton in Makerfield.
Absolutely first class service from the gents at YNC. Purchased a 440i GC from them in April 21 and it’s been perfect. We noticed a small chip in the windscreen when we collected and were given the money there and then to get it sorted when we got home. Collecting the car was a 6 hour round trip and it was totally worth it, their stock of BMW’s is fantastic and they are very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone
Travelled two and a half hours to visit the showroom after spotting an immaculate looking 330D touring on their website. As soon as we got there, the staff were very helpful, asked what we were here to see, passed us the keys and invited us to have a good look around, start the car up and move it so we could have a good walk around the car. They left us to it, only checking in every now and again to see if we had any questions! We took the car for a test drive, again, not desperately trying to show us all the features, just leaving us to get a feel for the car. Even suggesting we close the windows and turn the radio off to have a good listen to the engine. Needless to say, the car was exactly as it looked online, if not better! Did have a small problem with the rear light cluster than I needed to replace after a few weeks of ownership, but this was very quickly sorted by the replacement part being purchased and sent to me. No pressure, not pushy, and very helpful! Super friendly, will be returning for the next car no doubt! Thanks guys!
I Highly recommend YNC. Presenting them self with the up most professionalism and 10/10 for customer service. The whole team were very helpful and whenever I had any questions or needed any help regarding my car they were there to help straightway .
Excellent service picked car up today .Drove it home a 2 hour drive for me and it didn't miss a beat. Naz and his brother were both excellent.. I would recommend them to anyone as there's no pressure to buy the car they let the cars sell themselves.
Bought my first car a Volkswagen polo from this fantastic dealership just over a month ago now. Had excellent customer service from start to finish! The owner was fab and went out of our way to make a good deal for both of us and ensured the car was in perfect condition for us to drive away the same day. The car was in great condition with all its paperwork just as advertised and we where allowed to test drive and take our time to make the decision.
